This policy explains how AICOFI PTE. LTD. ("we") handles information in the Stock Signal mobile app and this website. It supplements the AICOFI Privacy Policy.
1. Data on your device
Stock pools, watchlists, manually entered holdings, notes, alert rules, indicator weights, market caches and preferences are stored locally. Technical indicators and historical backtests run on your device. This version does not upload these records to your AICOFI account or provide account-based cloud sync. You choose where to save or share exported backups. Removing the app may remove local records; back up first.
2. Optional account sign-in
Core features work without an account. If you choose Apple or Google sign-in, the provider and Supabase process authentication. Our AICOFI account service receives permitted profile information such as your name, email address (including an Apple relay address), avatar and account identifiers. We use this information to create your account, maintain sessions and protect account security. Session tokens are stored in system secure storage. We do not receive your Apple or Google password.
The bundled Google Sign-In SDK privacy manifest also declares name, email, phone number, coarse location, user and device identifiers, other usage data and other data types for authentication functionality and SDK analytics, without tracking. Google explains that IP addresses may be used to estimate general location for fraud prevention. Stock Signal does not itself request phone numbers, location permission or advertising identifiers; SDK and provider processing remains subject to their policies. Authentication services also record necessary errors and security diagnostics. See Google sign-in data disclosures.
3. Market requests and notifications
The app requests quotes and historical data directly from Tencent Finance HTTPS endpoints. The provider receives requested stock symbols, your IP address and network request information. Holdings quantities, costs and notes are not sent with these requests. Third parties handle requests under their own policies, including the Tencent Privacy Policy. Notifications are local to your device and require system permission. Disabling them does not disable other core features.
4. Providers and this website
Supabase provides account infrastructure, Apple and Google provide authentication, and Cloudflare hosts this website and provides network security. Providers may process necessary network, security and authentication logs and may process data outside your country. See the privacy policies of Supabase, Apple, Google and Cloudflare. This website does not intentionally load analytics, advertising or cross-site tracking scripts. The app does not add advertising or behavioral analytics SDKs beyond the authentication SDK processing described above.
5. Retention, sign-out and deletion requests
In the profile screen, choose “删除 Stock Signal 数据并退出” (Delete Stock Signal data and sign out). After two confirmations, the app removes its records, caches, preferences and local sign-in state from this device. Your shared AICOFI account and other products remain unchanged. Delete any backups exported outside the app separately.
Local records remain until you delete the relevant records or remove the app data. Signing out clears this app's session; it does not delete local research records or your shared AICOFI account. Account information is retained until the account is deleted or no longer needed, subject to legal or security retention requirements. Contact privacy@aicofi.com to request access, correction or deletion. We may need to verify account ownership. AICOFI accounts can be used across products; deleting a shared account may affect access to those products. Never send passwords or verification codes.
